Owlo is free for both clients and professionals, though there are premium features.

Owlo for clients

As an active client of a wellness professional you use of Owlo is free - you get your own client dashboard for each Wellness professional you engage with. Here you can book and manage sessions, see notes from those sessions where that is part of your service, share documents, take tests and track progress.

Your professional / client dashboard is designed to be a safe place for you and your wellness professional to communicate openly - as a result there are apps provided to support you including communications apps (messaging & chat), collaborative working (documents, images, links) and wellness trackers (Day notes, Wellness tests).

You can work with as many wellness professionals as you like though if you want to continue to work with Owlo after your work with a professional is done you can opt to pay a premium to continue using the Owlo service.

One-off costs - there are some optional one-off costs for example for more detailed feedback on personality tests. The costs are clearly stated and will require payment or a certain level of subscription before they are accessible.

Owlo for professionals

As a professional you can use Owlo to promote your professional services for free. This directory listing will enable you to be found and searched for within Owlo and online with those search engines that have listed Owlo.
