It's tough when life throws our plans up in the air. It's a testing time for everyone and it's normal to feel challenged by the unexpected.
'Big' challenges often require us to take a step back and consider a change of plan.
If you're going to climb a hill you can't do it in one step. There's a choice of routes, some are quick and hard work, some take longer but are easier. Either way working out the route you want to take is important in order for the climb to turn out the way you want it to.
My guess is that you have more resources than you realise and that can lead to opportunities you may not have fully considered.
What I would suggest is that you as you breakdown this challenge into smaller chunks that you'll also start to feel less worried and more confident that there are options for you out of where you are.
Life is always going to through challenges at us. This is a big one for sure, and it's how we chose to approach these challenges that defines us. The phrase 'life is about the journey, not the destination' is a reminder that this is life, right now. Every moment. How you go about solving this and the journey you take could be an opportunity to show yourself some love too.
A mixture of meditation and mindfulness and a good diet all help us deal with the more challenging things in life in a more constructive way. If you're not already engaged in these activities, perhaps now's also the time to review how you are choosing to enjoy your journey.
